You will receive an invoice for the booth fee once you are accepted as a vendor for the appropriate booth space requested.
We also have a Facebook group for participating vendors and sponsors. There you will find more information, sharable links and photos to promote your participation.

Vendors can provide items for VIP and Welcome bags, as well as Giveaway goodies throughout the weekend, included in booth fees.
All Vendors receive promotions, website links, shoutout on social media and email marketing, photo signs posted in event halls and printed programs on event weekend.
Approved vendors also receive 2 weekend tickets to give away to their followers!

*Vendors are expected to have their booth open and available to attendees for the duration of OPEN vendor hall hours. We recommend having at least 2 people in your booth so that you can relieve each other for breaks/lunch etc. We do have staff and you will have vendors nearby (if you'd like to be near another specific vendor for help, please let us know) just in case something comes up. Communication is key, please let us know if there is something you need help with!

*Giveaway Sponsor - participate even if you can't make it to the weekend by providing fun items for our giveaways throughout the weekend, including our Grand Giveaway at the end of the event! All giveaway items must be received by 6/10/23.
*VIP Bag Sponsors (max 50) - send VIP exclusive items and promo materials to be included in our VIP Welcome Bags! All items must be received by 6/10/23.

*Welcome Bag Sponsors - Every attendee gets a welcome bag when they check in - this is a great time to promo your business if you're unable to attend! All items must be received by 6/10/23.
*Classroom Sponsor (3 available) - Photo posters displayed in classroom, additional exposure in Event halls and social media/website.
*Photo Booth Sponsor - Official event Photo Booth with Logo displayed on backdrop! Limited to a single sponsor!

*Welcome Party Sponsor - Our popular *Hosted* Meet N Greet Welcome party is back! Limited to 2 sponsors for the welcome party, privately hosted in the Pool area, complete with fire pits, pool, jacuzzi and bar!
*Class/Teacher Sponsor - Promote your products by providing patterns/materials/etc for class kits!
