✂️ Open Sewing at Sew Bestie (FREE – Once per Month) Join us for Open Sewing, a special once-a-month event where our studio doors are open for free! Bring your fabric, patterns, and ideas, and enjoy time to work on your own projects in a fun, creative, and supportive environment. This is a self-led sewing session—perfect for anyone who wants time and space to stitch without the setup and cleanup at home. You’ll have access to our sewing machines, cutting tables, irons, and tools. Sew Bestie staff will be on hand for light guidance and machine support, but instruction is not provided during Open Sewing. ✨ Ages 12 and up welcome for self-led sewing ✨ FREE community event (registration required, first come first served) ✨ A great chance to meet other sewists, share ideas, and enjoy creative time together! ✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️✂️ 📝 Drop-In & Open Sewing Policy To keep our studio a safe and welcoming space, please review the following: Ages: 12 and up for self-led sewing. Participants should be comfortable working independently. Supervision: Sew Bestie staff are available for light guidance and machine support, but this is not a class. Instruction is reserved for workshops and lessons. Supplies: Bring your own fabric, patterns, and notions. Machines, cutting tools, and irons are provided. Specialty items are your responsibility. Time & Registration: Registration is first come, first served for both Drop-In Sewing and FREE Open Sewing. Space may be limited. Cancellations: A minimum of 18 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed reservations without notice may limit future booking privileges. Respect the Space: Use equipment responsibly, clean up your work area, and share tools so everyone has access. Safety: Safe machine use is required. Misuse may result in loss of studio privileges. By participating, you agree to these guidelines and help us keep Sew Bestie a fun, creative, and safe place to sew together.
